Our vacuum thermocouples are used worldwide for hardening or soldering processes in vacuum environments. They ensure reliable control and management of critical process parameters.
Like all thermo-control thermocouples, they are characterized by the following properties:
- separate, thin-walled protective tubes made of high-density 99.7% Al2O3
- additional empty tube for in-situ test measurements
- pressure aluminum connection head type A
- standard delivery lengths from 400 mm to 1600 mm
- PtRh-Pt types up to 4 years warranty against drift and thermowire defects
- Standard process connection via small flange ISO 2681 or Ø22×150 holding tube
- Individual process connection according to specification on request possible
- Vacuum-tight and pressure-resistant up to 20 bar
- additional empty pipe for in-situ test measurements
- additional empty pipe for in-situ test measurements
- Optionally with calibration certificate according to AMS 2750
- Optionally with DAkkS calibration certificate
- Optionally pre-assembled with cables and plug connections
