Thermocouples for vacuum applications

Pressure range 10-4 mbar to 21 bar

Our vacuum thermocouples are used worldwide for hardening or soldering processes in vacuum environments. They ensure reliable control and management of critical process parameters.

Like all thermo-control thermocouples, they are characterized by the following properties:

  • separate, thin-walled protective tubes made of high-density 99.7% Al2O3
  • additional empty tube for in-situ test measurements
  • pressure aluminum connection head type A
  • standard delivery lengths from 400 mm to 1600 mm
  • PtRh-Pt types up to 4 years warranty against drift and thermowire defects
  • Standard process connection via small flange ISO 2681 or Ø22×150 holding tube
  • Individual process connection according to specification on request possible
  • Vacuum-tight and pressure-resistant up to 20 bar
  • additional empty pipe for in-situ test measurements
  • additional empty pipe for in-situ test measurements
  • Optionally with calibration certificate according to AMS 2750
  • Optionally with DAkkS calibration certificate
  • Optionally pre-assembled with cables and plug connections
