Since December 2016, all thermo-control Körtvélyessy GmbH thermocouples and oxygen combination sensors with calibration certificates have been provided with corresponding QR codes. To protect the label, these are attached to the inside of the connection head. With this code, you can view the product data directly from the production database free of charge.
In addition, the corresponding calibration data and certificates can be activated for a one-time fee.
These can then be used at any time and without limitation, for example to B. to have the thermocouple data ready for regular test measurements or audits.
What exactly is TE_iD?
- The TE_iD is an interface to a database maintained by thermo-control.
- This database contains the manufacturing and calibration data of a thermo-control thermocouple.
- The production data is retrieved and listed using the thermocouple's serial number.
- The TE_iD only requires an app for scanning QR codes or a 2D handheld scanner in combination with a laptop
