Vacuum thermocouples are suitable for use in vacuum processes with overpressures ranging from 10⁻⁴ mbar to 20 bar, such as vacuum brazing or hardening processes.
Scope of Application
Used in vacuum processes with overpressures ranging from 10⁻³ mbar to 20 bar¹), such as vacuum brazing or hardening processes. Models with CF flanges in accordance with ISO 3669-2 are well-suited for applications in the high-vacuum range up to 10⁻¹⁵ bar²).
