Our protective gas thermocouples are mainly used in atmospheric furnaces, such as chamber or shaft furnaces.
Like all thermo-control thermocouples, they are characterized by the following properties:
- Separate, thin-walled protective tubes made of high-density 99.7% Al2O3
- Additional empty tube for in-situ test measurements
- Pressure aluminum connection head type A
- Standard delivery lengths from 400 mm to 1600 mm
- PtRh-Pt types up to 4 years warranty against drift and thermowire defects
- Standard process connection via G3/4″ thread or Ø22×150 mounting tube
- Individual process connection according to specification available on request
- Gas-tight and pressure-resistant up to 2 bar
- Optionally with calibration certificate in accordance with AMS 2750
- Optionally with DAkkS calibration certificate
- Optionally pre-assembled with cables and plug connections
