Our inert-gas thermocouples are primarily used in atmospheric furnaces, such as chamber or shaft furnaces.
Like all thermo-control thermocouples, they are characterized by the following features:
- separate, thin-walled protective tubes made of high-density 99.7% Al₂O₃
- Additional conduit for in-situ test measurements
- Die-Cast Aluminum Connection Head, Type A
- Standard delivery lengths from 400 mm to 1600 mm
- PtRh-Pt Models - 4-Year Warranty Against Drift and Thermowire Breakage
- Standard process connection via G3/4 thread or Ø22×150 mounting tube
- Custom process connections available upon request according to specifications
- Gas-tight and pressure-resistant up to 2 bar
- Optionally available with a calibration certificate in accordance with AMS 2750
- Optional with DAkkS calibration certificate
- Optionally pre-assembled with cables and connectors
