Inspection and Repair of Thermocouples and Oxygen Probes
Even with careful handling, thermocouples or oxygen probes may become damaged. In almost all cases, they can be properly repaired.
The following conditions are important for a successful repair:
- ✓ Immediate replacement upon discovery of the damage
- ✓ Sending the damaged part in for inspection
After the goods are received, you will receive an email confirming receipt and providing the results of the initial visual inspection. Each shipment is assigned a service order number, which you can use to track its status in the customer portal.
In the rare event that a repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement part, minus its residual value, at the current market price.
