Successful recertification of ISO 9001 QMS

On July 7th, 2022, thermo-control Körtvélyessy GmbH was again successfully audited by Zertpunkt/kiwa for ISO 9001:2015.

A total of four notes and one potential for improvement were identified.

The certificate has been reissued. The certification is valid until July 12th, 2025.

Overall assessment of the QMS

The QMS as a whole is at a very high level, especially given the current size of the company. This statement is underlined by the fact that there were no customer complaints in 2021. This is all the more remarkable as the planned sales figures for the period in question were exceeded by more than 100%. The two minor deviations and all notes and potential for improvement from 2021 were implemented and can be considered effective based on the evidence viewed. It is still being considered to acquire a certificate in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 at the start of the next certification period.

Strengths

A unique selling point is the very long-lasting and drift-free thermocouples, which represent a clear technological competitive advantage. Furthermore, the QMS has a very high degree of automation, which allows all the key figures required for operational management and decision-making to be provided in real time. The basis for this is the self-developed WaWiReg software, which can therefore be seen as the heart of the QMS.
